Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.岗位职责 新架构软件相关售后支持：负责公司软件产品在虚拟化（VMware、KVM等）、容器化（Docker、K8s）、Windows环境下的安装部署、故障排查、性能优化及问题闭环，快速响应客户线上/线下技术诉求，提供专业解决方案。 客户技术服务：承接客户软件使用过程中的技术咨询，包括产品适配、配置调试、兼容性问题处理，耐心解答客户疑问，提升客户使用体验和满意度。 故障闭环管理：负责技术问题的全流程跟踪，记录问题现象、排查过程、解决方案，整理成标准化知识库（重点完善虚拟化、容器、网络相关故障案例），降低同类问题重复发生率；协助处理重大、疑难售后故障，联动研发、测试团队推进问题解决，同步客户进展。 日常运维辅助：协助完成客户软件环境的日常运维检查，重点关注虚拟化集群、容器集群、网络链路的稳定性，提前预警潜在问题；提供服务器管理，包括硬件和软件安装和故障排除、操作系统配置和安全加固、备份和恢复、监控、性能和调优。 任职要求 一、学历与专业 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、信息技术等相关专业；3年以上软件售后技术支持经验 二、核心技术能力（重点） 虚拟化技术：熟悉至少一种主流虚拟化平台（VMware vSphere、KVM、Hyper-V等），掌握虚拟机创建、克隆、迁移、快照管理，了解虚拟化集群部署、资源调度及故障排查。 容器技术：掌握Docker基础操作，熟悉Kubernetes核心概念，能独立完成容器集群的基础部署、配置及常见故障处理。 网络技术：了解基本网络知识（TCP/IP、VLAN、路由、防火墙策略），熟悉局域网基础配置；能排查软件产品与网络环境的适配问题。 软件基础：熟悉Windows操作系统的安装、配置及运维；精通Windows活动目录（AD）架构设计、用户 / 权限 / 组管理、域信任、域迁移；掌握 Windows 服务器安全加固、补丁管理、日志审计、病毒防护与权限管控；具备服务器性能监控、故障定位、应急处理与数据备份恢复能力；了解SQL Server数据库基础操作，能协助排查软件与数据库的连接、数据同步问题；具备基础的脚本编写能力（Shell、Python优先）者加分。 问题排查：具备较强的故障定位能力，能快速分析新架构环境下软件故障的根因，并提供可行的解决方案；熟悉日志分析方法，能通过产品日志、系统日志、网络日志排查问题。 三、综合素质 沟通表达能力：具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力，能清晰、耐心地向客户传递技术方案，准确理解客户需求，协调内外部资源推进问题解决。 服务意识：责任心强，有良好的客户服务意识，能主动响应客户诉求，承受一定的工作压力，确保问题闭环，提升客户满意度。 学习能力：具备较强的自主学习能力，能快速掌握公司新产品的功能及技术要点，跟进虚拟化、容器、网络等新架构的技术发展趋势，持续提升自身技术水平。 协作能力：具备良好的团队协作精神，能高效配合研发、销售、测试等团队完成工作，主动分享技术经验，助力团队能力提升。 其他：能接受高频次出差（如客户现场支持），具备良好的英文阅读和沟通能力。 四、加分项 具有放疗软件或医疗软件的支持经验，熟悉医疗信息化行业。 持有相关技术认证（如MCSE、MCSA 、VMware VCP、CNA/CCNP等）。 有云计算、微服务架构相关售后支持经验，熟悉云原生技术者。 具备大型软件项目售后技术支持经验，能独立处理重大、疑难技术故障者。 有医学物理背景者 Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
