Key Responsibilities Lead NAND Flash product test solution design and comprehensive failure analysis for NPI, Product Qualification, Reliability and customer return (RMA) cases. Identify root causes using electrical, physical, and data-driven analysis techniques. Generate clear Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and drive corrective actions. Design and lead evaluation experiments and data analysis to improve product quality, yield. Provide technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to improve test coverage and product robustness. Work closely with global Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing, and Customer Engineering teams, and drive issue resolution across multiple organizations and sites. Improve FA efficiency through advanced analytics and AI/ML-based approaches. Contribute to innovation initiatives that improve product quality and engineering productivity. This position requires an advanced degree with 15+ years of related experience in SSD, NAND Flash, Memory, Storage, or Semiconductor technologies. Experience with Failure Analysis, Reliability Engineering, or Product Engineering. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience as a technical lead with Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive issues to closure.
