Job Description: Perform routine preventative maintenance on all production equipment and maintain accurate documentation. Provide high-quality mechanical and electronic repairs, delivering comprehensive electro-mechanical support for all production equipment. Calibrate, adjust, and maintain production and test equipment in line with ISO/DLA and internal quality standards. Own and control the calibration system, ensuring full traceability, accurate records, and audit readiness within the CMMS. Maintain and update equipment and calibration databases, records, and procedures. Liaise with external calibration vendors, including arranging site visits, managing quotations, purchase orders, and tracking equipment sent off‑site. Support production and engineering teams with equipment issues, continuous improvement initiatives, and changeovers. Maintain spare parts availability, uphold 6S and safety standards, and ensure compliance with CE‑marked equipment requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Electro‑Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline). Minimum 2 years’ experience in equipment or machine maintenance within a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Strong ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Experience with calibration systems, data management, and quality standards. Good communication skills, flexible work attitude, and a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
