This Position reports to: Manager Order Handling Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for: Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score. Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products. Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues. Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes to enhance order execution efficiency and operational excellence. Lead digitalization and automation projects to improve overall business efficiency, productivity, and process effectiveness. Qualifications for the roleDegree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time) Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in Order Management, Project management, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain processes. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, for data analysis, reporting, collaboration, and process automation. Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and digital business tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
