This Position reports to: Global IS Security Manager Your role and responsibilities You will be mainly accountable for:Support Communication processes Contribute to Security Awareness Team media/social media channels growth and engagement with users Prepare communication items and awareness content (e.g. articles, social media and blog posts, event teasers, technical guidelines) Collect data, prepare reports and presentations, perform internet searches, organize team assets (e.g. documents in a cloud, or physical documents) Take full ownership over specific processes (e.g. user enrollment into an event, training scheduling, user data maintenance, etc) Have a chance to suggest your own ideas and support the team with your skillset and creativity Qualifications for the role Organized and skilled at work prioritization Reliable and working on schedule Likes working with numbers and data Inquisitive and learns fast Works great in a team, but is able to execute specific tasks individually after receiving instruction Advanced communication skills, easiness in establishing contact with other people Creativity and non-standard thinking Ability to translate complex ideas into easy to follow guidelines Attention to details Willingness and ability to acquire technical knowledge (Information Security domain) MS Office: Intermediate (good at Excel and PowerPoint) English: at least B2 level (C1 or above preferred) Preferred field of studies: Journalism, Marketing & Communication, Social Media About the Internship: Paid Internship Work in a modern office in Kraków Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home) We expect availability of at least 35 hours per week What's in it for you? With this supportive role you will become a integral part of the Information Security Awareness team. During your internship you will be involved in Project/Service Management support which will give you experience in working with various stakeholders in a global environment. You will have a possibility to train yourself in building Awareness content, to contribute in development of Security Awareness materials, in line with the campaign plans and the company’s communication strategy etc. You will support training delivery by managing training calendar and registration lists, facilitating the webinar sessions. Support organization of internal events in line with awareness approach.
