Job Title: Clinical Sr. Training & Quality Manager Job Description The Senior Manager – Clinical Training & Quality is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and execution of clinical learning, quality assurance, workforce competency, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Clinical Healthcare organization. This role partners closely with Operations, Clinical Leadership, Clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure workforce readiness, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and consistent delivery of high-quality clinical services. The Senior Manager provides leadership over Clinical Training, Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, Competency Management, Performance Improvement, and digital learning initiatives. The role also champions technology adoption, AI-enabled learning, and data-driven decision-making to build scalable, future-ready clinical capabilities that support business growth and client success.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Training & Learning StrategyLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical onboarding, upskilling, cross-skilling, certification, and continuing education programs. Establish standardized learning pathways, competency frameworks, and certification requirements across clinical programs. Ensure all learning solutions align with client requirements, evidence-based practice, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives. Evaluate training effectiveness using competency assessments, production readiness, quality outcomes, and operational performance metrics. Clinical Quality ManagementLead the organization's clinical quality strategy, including audit governance, calibration, quality standards, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Monitor quality trends, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective and preventive action plans. Partner with Operations to improve clinical accuracy, compliance, productivity, and customer experience. Workforce Performance & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze training, quality, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead root cause analysis, coaching strategies, and performance improvement initiatives. Support new client implementations, transitions, and business expansion initiatives. Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead and develop Training Managers, Quality Managers, Trainers, Quality Analysts, and other Training & Quality team members. Foster a high-performance culture focused on coaching, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Build succession plans and support leadership development across the Training & Quality organization. Client & Stakeholder PartnershipServe as the Training & Quality lead during client governance meetings, business reviews, audits, and operational discussions. Present performance insights, learning strategies, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement plans to executive leadership and clients. Collaborate with Operations, Workforce Management, Recruitment, HR, Compliance, and Technology teams to support organizational objectives. Digital Transformation & AI EnablementLead the adoption of AI-powered tools, digital learning platforms, and emerging technologies to improve learning effectiveness, quality management, and operational efficiency. Champion innovation by leveraging automation, analytics, and technology-enabled solutions to streamline Training & Quality processes. Promote responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI in accordance with organizational policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations. Drive digital capability development across the Clinical Training & Quality organization through coaching, change management, and continuous learning initiatives. Partner with Technology teams to implement scalable learning technologies, reporting automation, and workforce intelligence solutions. Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and data privacy requirements. Maintain audit readiness and oversee governance processes supporting Training & Quality operations. QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. LicensureActive Registered Nurse (RN) license required. U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license preferred but not required. ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Clinical Operations, Healthcare BPO, Training, Quality, or Learning & Development. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing Training and/or Quality teams. Experience supporting U.S. healthcare payer or provider operations is highly preferred. Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Learning Management Systems (LMS). Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and reporting tools. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other enterprise-approved AI productivity tools. Ability to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve workforce capability and operational performance.
