Responsibilities: Promote and drive the adoption of digital technologies and best practices across the organization, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and mobile solutions. Deliver proactive user training and coaching to improve digital competencies and increase employee productivity. Serve as the first point of contact for digital and IT service requests, providing timely and user-focused support for both office-based and manufacturing environments. Ensure the highest level of business productivity through effective incident management, problem resolution, and IT system availability. Support and safeguard IT security, compliance standards, and digital governance in line with FHCS and Freudenberg policies. Manage the lifecycle of IT devices and equipment, including computers, mobile phones, tablets, and collaboration tools. Translate user needs and business requirements into improvement opportunities and communicate them to the relevant Digital and CPIM teams. Coordinate external IT service providers and contribute to the successful implementation of local and global IT projects. Perform on-site support visits to assigned remote locations when required. Act as a digital ambassador, continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and digital ways of working. Qualifications: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent higher education. 1-3 years of experience in IT support, digital workplace support, or end-user training. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Microsoft Copilot. Experience supporting Windows environments, Android and iOS mobile devices, and collaboration technologies. Experience supporting users in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable. Good understanding of networking fundamentals, workplace infrastructure, connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting. Basic project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping users adopt and benefit from digital technologies. Good level of English.
