Job Description SummaryDEMO & RA ECT Junior Specialist is responsible for the execution of the Demo process at all its stages, including updating records in the Demo system, handling requests for the movement of equipment/parts, tracking the location and conditions of demonstration, evaluating the event performance. Responsible for placing and handling for Demo order and order for registration purposes. Inventory control and transactions in the internal systems for Russia and CIS Job DescriptionAbout the Role As an Early Career Trainee within the Logistics team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth movement, tracking, and management of demonstration equipment and samples. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and isn't afraid to take ownership when challenges arise. You'll work closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Product teams, helping ensure equipment is available where and when it's needed. What You'll Do Coordinate the movement and tracking of demonstration and regulatory equipment, ensuring accurate records in internal systems Manage logistics orders, monitor equipment availability, and support inventory control Work closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Product teams to ensure equipment is prepared, delivered, and returned on time Coordinate equipment decontamination and patient data removal before redeployment Prepare operational reports and track key metrics related to equipment utilization and logistics performance What We're Looking For Completed BSc / MSc degree (graduation 2025-2026 year), specialisation in logistics, supply chain will be strong advantage. Or other combination of education and training.
