Job Description SummaryThe Global Product Marketing Manager, PCS Parameters & Consumables, plays a critical role in shaping and executing the global upstream marketing strategy for the full PCS Parameters & Consumables portfolio. Operating as a strategic thought partner to the Global Product Line, and in close partnership with the Global Product Marketing Director, this role leads the end-to-end development of integrated business and marketing strategies for growth. This includes driving core upstream marketing disciplines such as value proposition development, pricing strategy, market insights generation, and claims development for the entire portfolio. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to advance a cohesive, portfolio-level marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment between product management, evolving market needs, and revenue growth objectives. In addition, this role delivers enterprise-level impact by translating market insights into actionable strategies, influencing stakeholders across regions and functions, and positioning the portfolio for sustained competitive advantage and growth. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Direction Co-develop and drive the 3–5 year global portfolio marketing strategy for Parameters & Consumables, aligning with enterprise growth priorities. Act as a strategic advisor to Product Management, R&D, and Commercial leaders by providing data-driven market perspectives and growth opportunities. Partner with Global Product Management, PCS Portfolio Marketing, Region Product Marketing & Region Commercial Leaders to identify and prioritize white space opportunities, adjacent markets, and new business models. Upstream Marketing Excellence Own and lead core upstream marketing deliverables including segmentation, value proposition development, claims roadmap, pricing, and portfolio positioning. Generate outside-in insights to influence the product development roadmap, drive the creation of value propositions, and support the development of business cases. Monitor competitive dynamics, clinical trends, and regulatory shifts to proactively adjust portfolio strategy. Ensure alignment of upstream strategy with downstream execution across regions. Collaborate with key region marketing stakeholders to drive an integrated end-to-end marketing approach that seamlessly connects upstream deliverables to downstream impact. Global Launch Readiness & Growth Execution Lead NPI go-to-market strategy, including launch readiness, LHRA development, and integrated marketing programs to drive adoption and market penetration. Integrate market research and voice-of-customer insights to inform and influence pricing strategies that drive lifecycle value, margin expansion, and sustained profitability. Develop and drive end-to-end commercialization playbooks, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions while enabling local market activation. Partner with regional marketing and commercial teams to accelerate adoption, demand generation, and revenue realization post-launch. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to continuously assess launch effectiveness and inform course correction. Identify opportunities to maximize portfolio lifecycle value, including bundling strategies and cross-sell/upsell initiatives. Strategic Leadership, Governance & Enterprise Influence Operate effectively in a highly matrixed global organization, influencing without direct authority across marketing, product management, clinical, and commercial teams. Play an integral role in marketing’s transformation including support of marketing training/development, new process implementation & adoption, best practice sharing, and building a strong marketing community. Drive performance management (daily management) to create visibility, drive accountability and a win-the-week mentality to exhibit marketing’s impact to the business. Lead key forums such as marketing reviews, portfolio councils, and strategic planning sessions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred). 8+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy; 5+ years in healthcare/medtech strongly preferred. Demonstrated success operating at a strategic level, influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise initiatives. Deep demonstrated expertise in upstream marketing disciplines, including: market segmentation & targeting, value proposition & claims development, pricing & portfolio strategy, new product commercialization Proven ability to translate insights into growth strategies that deliver measurable business impact. Proven experience building high impact marketing programs using all relevant channels and media; and aligning marketing strategy with business goals. Strong track record of working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional leadership. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills and are able to effectively communicate and present ideas to stakeholders throughout different levels of within the business to energize, develop, build rapport, and influence. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $122,400.00-$183,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
