A Day in the LifeAs a Student Worker in the Endoscopy Sales & Marketing team in Denmark and the Nordic countries, you will support day-to-day commercial operations, product launch preparation, customer training coordination, complaint handling follow-up, and compliant execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) activities across the Nordics. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in how a medical technology Sales & Marketing team operates across the Nordic region, how product launches are prepared and executed in collaboration with commercial teams, and how HCP trainings, courses, and congress activities are coordinated in a compliant environment. You will also learn how teams collaborate across Nordic markets and with Western Europe partners. Internship details: · Start date: October 2026 · Location: Copenhagen, Denmark · Duration: 12 months · Working hours: 20h/week · Working model: hybrid (field, office, home) Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: • Complaint handling support: Support MpXR complaint handling activities, including coordination of product returns for investigation and collaboration with stakeholders to improve processes. • Product launch support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of product launches in partnership with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams. • Training and education coordination: Support the planning and execution of Nordic trainings, courses, and congress-related activities for HCPs, including logistics, participant tracking, materials, and follow-up. • WE and Nordic course coordination: Coordinate communication and participation of Nordic HCPs in Western Europe courses, ensuring smooth collaboration across countries. • Compliance and process support: Support compliance-related activities in cooperation with the ELM team and internal stakeholders, including contracts, HCP engagements, and event documentation. • Local administrative support: Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including meeting coordination, document preparation, activity tracking, and internal communication. Required Knowledge and Skills: · Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field · Fluency in English and Danish · Confident user of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams · Willingness to travel to the customer across Denmark by car or train · Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal teams, Territory Managers, and external-facing stakeholders · Interest in medical technology, healthcare, endoscopy, sales, marketing, training, and customer engagement Would be a plus: · Fluency in a Nordic language · Driving license Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
