Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support. Must have skills : SD-WAN Operations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients to identify and resolve issues efficiently, whether remotely or onsite. The practitioner ensures smooth operation and stability of services by adhering to established processes and operating models, while maintaining clear communication and coordination with various teams to support the overall technology environment. Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in Enterprise Networking, Cloud, Security, SD-WAN, and Network Automation to support and modernize enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-assisted operations (AIOps), intelligent observability, automation, and AI-ready infrastructure to improve network performance, security, and operational efficiency while supporting enterprise AI platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN, Data Center, Cisco ACI, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Hybrid Cloud environments. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco Routing & Switching, Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Network Security solutions. Support cloud networking across Azure and AWS and enable secure hybrid connectivity. Implement Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, and secure remote access solutions. Utilize AI-powered monitoring, observability, and AIOps platforms for proactive incident detection, predictive analytics, and faster issue resolution. Support connectivity for Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, and enterprise AI platforms by ensuring secure and scalable network infrastructure. Develop and maintain automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs to streamline network provisioning, compliance, and operational tasks. Collaborate with Cloud, Security, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and AI-enabled network services. Prepare technical documentation, support network modernization initiatives, and mentor junior engineers. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Data Center, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, Security, and Network Operations. Relevant certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center (ACI), Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700), AWS Advanced Networking, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform) are preferred.
