Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: Finance Business Partners Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: We are searching for the best talent for FP&A Analyst (Fixed term 6mo). FP&A Analyst (Fixed term 6mo) will be responsible for: Supporting the other FP&A Analyst managing Compliance and FSI Organization budget. Support the area in reporting processes and consolidations for accurate & timely reporting. Close follow-up to the actuals spend and cross charge support. Big opportunity for those who wish to learn FP&A - controlling skills with low experience. Drive innovation through implementing and using different tools to improve both local and global processes. Help monitor P&L performance including expenses and capital budgeting through tracking and reporting activities. Ensures accurate monthly closing, partnering with Accounting. Provides recommendations and acting as a controller for budget vs actuals tracking with big focus in PnL on a Global organization (Great English is a must) Qualifications: 1) Education level required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or careers related.2) Years of Experience: Recently graduated – 1 year experience.3) Required knowledge:Analytical & problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for business decision in timely manner. Excellent communication skills to work and effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, both locally (i.e: top management) and abroad (i.e. multiple countries/cross-sector). Excellent business partnering skills (team player). Prioritizes well and meets commitment in deadline-driven environment. Coordinates activities to ensure their accurate and timely completion. Capacity to learn and accept additional responsibilities. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Advance skills in Excel, Knowledge in BI tools, basic coding & PowerApps Highly desirable. Ability to take initiative and work independently. ​ 4) Required skills: as described above.5) Required Experience: Desirable experience in Project or finance Areas (Max 1 year).6) Language: Advanced in both written & spoken English. 7) Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
