Job Description Role summary The Senior Product Manager, Retail Brand Marketing is responsible for translating brand strategy into retail-specific marketing plans across multiple therapeutic areas, including diabetes, lipid management, HIV, anti-infectives, antivirals, and other priority portfolios. This role will generate deep insights into brand performance, patient needs, pharmacist perception, and retail customer dynamics to shape differentiated brand plans, value-based messaging, and scalable engagement programs that strengthen brand positioning, pharmacist advocacy, and patient awareness. The role partners closely with brand, sales, medical, access, compliance, and customer-facing teams to ensure strategic alignment, high-quality execution, and measurable business impact across retail channels. Core responsibilities Right Brand Marketing & Perception Multi-TA Retail Brand Planning: Lead retail brand marketing plans across diabetes, lipid management, HIV, anti-infectives, antivirals, and other priority therapeutic areas, ensuring clear strategy, differentiated positioning, and channel-relevant execution. Brand, Patient & Pharmacist Insights: Identify and synthesize brand performance insights, patient needs, pharmacist perceptions, and retail customer behaviors to inform brand strategy, messaging priorities, and engagement design. Brand Value-based Message & Content Excellence: Develop compelling value-based brand messaging and scalable retail content to strengthen brand positioning, pharmacist engagement, and customer communication quality across disease areas. Pharmacist Engagement: Design and execute pharmacist education and professional engagement initiatives to enhance product understanding, disease management capability, and advocacy in retail settings. Patient Awareness: Increase disease awareness and patient engagement through targeted education, patient-centric initiatives, and retail-relevant activation programs. Required skills & experience Working Experience Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience in pharmaceutical retail, brand marketing, channel marketing, or other relevant commercial functions. Solid understanding of retail channel dynamics, pharmacist engagement models, patient education approaches, and customer activation needs. Experience developing marketing messages, content assets, and engagement programs in a matrixed organization is preferred. Professional Skills Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate brand strategy, market insights, and customer needs into actionable retail marketing plans. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to develop high-quality business documents, presentations, and marketing content. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across brand, sales, medical, access, compliance, and external partners. Strong ownership, learning agility, and execution discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
