As a Compliance Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and ethical standards of our operations. By ensuring accuracy and compliance in employee reimbursements, you will help safeguard the company's resources and reputation. You will act as a vital support system for our regional affiliates, contributing to a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Opportunity Ensure Compliance: Assess employee reimbursement activities accurately and promptly against Company Policies, Procedures, and external regulatory requirements across supported affiliates. Maintain Accurate Records: Clearly and meticulously document all compliance assessment results within Concur during the claim processing cycle. Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively support the team in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities within current operational processes, challenging the status quo with healthy skepticism. Support Business Operations: Perform data analysis and testing to contribute to affiliate reporting and broader Compliance Projects. Build Relationships: Engage and network with colleagues from various business functions, while effectively escalating complex issues to your RSS Line Manager when required. Who You Are You are an undergraduate student from a reputable university pursuing a degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field. You have consistently achieved strong academic performance (minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent) and boast a strong record of extra-curricular activities. You are available to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months. You possess a good command of spoken and written English; additional language competencies (such as Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese) are highly valued. You are proactive, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and possess strong analytical skills with great attention to detail. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work effectively within a team environment, and consistently deliver on your commitments.
