THE ROLE: We are seeking an accountable, detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee all engineering and technical disciplines across our projects. You will be the BOM expert on-site, collaborating directly with TPM, CE, EE, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations. THE PERSON: As a Project Engineer, you will work with cross-functional teams (CE, EE, FFSD, and TPM) to deliver high-quality BOM-related files. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and production teams to resolve material availability and design-related issues. BOM Creation & Maintenance: Create, structure, and update accurate engineering and manufacturing BOMs in PLM/ERP systems. Data Accuracy: Verify and maintain part numbers, descriptions, and assemblies to support manufacturing and supply chain processes Process Optimization: Identify areas for BOM structure improvement and establish standardized practices across engineering platforms PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in BOM management, manufacturing, or product development in the server area. Extensive experience with a cross-functional design team. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/PLM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Windchill) Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent cross-team communication . Extensive experience in PCBA BOM architecture and creation.
