Responsibilities: Process Ownership: You develop the vision, strategy, and objectives for the Accounting process and are responsible for its development in line with functional directives, local requirements, and BPM methodology. E2E Process Alignment: You own the end-to-end alignment of the Accounting process together with BPM, Business Process Experts (BPEs), and IT. Continuous improvement: You develop business cases and functional roadmaps and manage continuous improvement initiatives to develop (corrective) measures that deliver innovation. Leadership & Collaboration: You are responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cross Services departments; Performance Monitoring: You monitor process performance and define meaningful KPIs for the Accounting process. Governance & Documentation: You develop procedures, ensure adherence, and create and maintain complete, current process documentation and training materials. Collaboration: You collaborate closely with Business Process Experts, e.g. in identifying improvement potentials and monitoring process performance. Transformation: You support the organizational transformation using shared services and AI. Qualifications: Qualification: Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting / finance or comparable. Process Expertise: Strong understanding of the E2E Accounting process and a clear view of where it needs to go. Mindset: Passionate about our company's vision and future, with a genuine drive to shape change. Seniority: Sufficient experience to drive change and make tough judgment calls. Business Focus: Strong emphasis on business acumen, complemented by good SAP S/4HANA skills. Experience: working in Shared Service organizations within global corporate structures is a plus. Languages & Travel: Very good English (min. C1), additional German (min.
