Job Description Brief Description Provide overall business directions and leadership in a product franchise based on franchise goals. They are expected to develop marketing strategies for the product franchise team and ensure effective implementation of these strategies in the field. They should be the mobilizing force that will integrate both marketing and sales initiatives to achieve optimum results. They also serve as the link between their team and the available resources within the organization to support the achievement of business goals and objectives they have set for their team. They are also responsible for the ongoing development and motivation of their team and in aligning them to our core values. Scope and Responsibilities: Ensure crafting of a business strategy for a specific product franchise, based on the BU’s business targets, and to the effective deployment of this strategy in the field. Analyze and plan of resource requirements. Negotiates and agrees budget and manages expenditure against it. Ensure that the activity and performance of staff are aligned with the organizations and department’s objectives. Develop employee’s capability and competence, evaluate performance and create an environment conducive to performance optimization.
