Job Description Red Oak North in Dublin is our commercial Head Office for our Animal Health and Human Health businesses in addition to several global and national support services including Clinical Research, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Policy & Communications and Marketing. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Omnichannel Marketing Manager within Animal Health. Reporting to the Companion Animal Marketing Manager, this role works collaboratively with Business Unit Directors, Veterinary Advisors, Sales Team and other functions. you will Manage multiple digital marketing projects across the CA Business Unit. What you will do: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to carry out the following: Social media strategy and execution for the key platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Manage omnichannel marketing activities, including translating the overall campaign strategy into appropriate channel execution plans, coordination of creative content production, reporting, and optimisation with partner teams Guide creative execution through briefings for digital channels (email, SMS etc.) and through close collaboration with the CABU Marketing Manager and overarching campaign strategy to ensure channel creative and digital user experiences are seamlessly developed in a customer-centric language, align to larger product campaign goals and channel best practices. Formulate and executes test strategies focused on improving key metrics Work closely with the CABU Marketing Manager to manage calendar for omnichannel campaigns ensuring the latest activities are reflected and shared with relevant stakeholders. Initiates and implements channel growth strategies for B2C and B2B markets that drive organic growth of email and SMS subscriber bases Leverages analytics data to measure results, gain insights into campaign performance, and optimise channel performance Manage and support existing and future digital projects across the business, including CONNECT customer login solution Preparation of materials for sales meetings and attendance at sales meetings as required Work closely with Marketing Manager, Technical Manager BU Assoc. Director to manage the approval of promotional materials Develop and maintain appropriate record keeping systems to ensure compliance with all relevant external guidelines, legislation and internal policies & procedures, including promotional material approval and tracking, Purchase Order management, contract management and promotional budget tracking Management of and participation in project groups as appropriate In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have: Relevant third level degree (digital marketing, marketing, veterinary or relevant experience Marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred but not essential Demonstrated experience actively leading email, SMS, and other digital channels with deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics Understanding marketing automation systems. Knowledge of the Irish Animal Health / veterinary industry is an advantage Project management experience is desirable Sound technical knowledge with an advanced ability to impart knowledge through training and provision of technical marketing presentations Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, organised, multi-tasker who works well under pressure with ability to manage complex projects to produce high-quality, effective campaigns Strategic thinker who is analytical and able to derive meaning from data and make sound recommendations for communication optimisation Impressive communication and presentation skills for multiple management levels, including senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to make sound business recommendations and decisions.
