Position Overview Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking a strategic and innovative Sr. Manager, Sales Operations (Global Data) to lead the transformation of our global customer and revenue data capabilities. This role will be responsible for establishing a globally consistent, AI-enhanced Customer Master foundation and reimagining Sales Revenue Tracking processes to improve accuracy, transparency, speed, and scalability across the enterprise. As a leader of a global team responsible for customer data integrity and governance, this individual will drive the modernization of critical sales data processes using AI, automation, advanced analytics, and best-in-class data management practices. The role will ensure that customer ownership, segmentation, hierarchy management, and revenue attribution are trusted strategic assets that enable sales growth, operational excellence, and executive decision-making. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 15 professionals and work closely with Sales, Distribution Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver a world-class data foundation that supports ADI's future growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Master Transformation Develop and execute the vision for a globally consistent and AI-enhanced Customer Master ecosystem. Establish standardized customer governance processes across all regions. Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve customer data quality, stewardship, and maintenance. Ensure accurate customer hierarchies, ownership assignments, segmentation models, and account structures. Create scalable processes that enable precise sales coverage models and customer accountability. Lead initiatives that improve customer data completeness, consistency, and reliability across enterprise systems. Revenue Tracking Modernization Re-envision and transform Sales Revenue Tracking processes to deliver: Timely insights Explainable results Increased accuracy Simplified user experiences Leverage AI, automation, and process redesign to significantly reduce manual effort across the sales organization. Improve revenue attribution methodologies and sales ownership alignment across complex customer structures. Partner with Finance and Business Units to ensure trusted revenue reporting and analytics. Drive process simplification while maintaining strong governance and auditability. AI and Data Innovation Identify and implement emerging AI technologies to improve customer data management and revenue intelligence. Develop predictive capabilities that proactively identify data quality issues, ownership gaps, and revenue tracking anomalies. Utilize automation to reduce administrative workload and improve process efficiency. Champion data modernization initiatives that help transform operational data into actionable business intelligence. Global Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a global customer data integrity organization of approximately 15 team members. Establish performance goals, development plans, and succession strategies. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus. Collaborate effectively across global regions to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Governance and Operational Excellence Define and enforce global standards for customer data governance and revenue tracking processes. Establish KPIs and monitoring frameworks to measure data quality, ownership accuracy, and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and improve business outcomes. Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and data management standards. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Finance, IT, and Business Units. Present recommendations, performance metrics, and transformation roadmaps to senior leadership. Translate complex data and process challenges into business-focused solutions. Lead cross-functional projects that improve enterprise-wide data capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Customer Data Management, Revenue Operations, Master Data Management, or related disciplines. Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct or indirect management of teams and cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing customer master data, account hierarchies, customer ownership, or revenue attribution processes. Strong understanding of data governance principles and operational process management. Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation or process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within complex global organizations. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with master data management (MDM) solutions. Knowledge of semiconductor, technology, industrial, or manufacturing industries. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP #LI-AH1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
