Job Mission Install and re-install leading-edge ASML EUV&DUV lithography systems at customer sites worldwide, delivering systems safely, within specification, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while exceeding customer expectations. Job Description Install and re-install ASML EUV&DUV lithography systems at customer sites, from system unloading and build-up through Site Acceptance Test (SAT), including systems equipped with new features. Assemble, integrate, adjust, calibrate, and qualify complex high-technology systems in accordance with ASML quality standards and specifications. Develop and execute installation plans, including troubleshooting, testing, validation, and issue resolution to ensure successful system delivery. Provide first-line technical support during system integration activities to minimize impact on installation schedules. Identify recurring technical issues during assembly, calibration, and qualification activities, and contribute to sustainable solutions and continuous improvement. Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, including Manufacturing Engineering, Development & Engineering, Applications, and Technical Sales teams, to resolve complex technical challenges. Represent ASML professionally at customer sites and take ownership of installation progress, customer communication, and stakeholder alignment. Maintain accurate technical and administrative documentation and ensure timely reporting of installation activities. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports as required. Perform hands-on installation activities in cleanroom environments using precision tools and procedures. Travel internationally and support installation and relocation activities at customer sites worldwide when required. Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience Experience supporting high-technology systems within semiconductor lithography, semiconductor equipment, electro-mechanical systems, vacuum technology, or related industries. Experience with ASML EUV or DUV systems, semiconductor equipment installation, or field service activities is highly preferred. Experience in installation, system integration, commissioning, startup, or field service activities within high-tech industries is highly preferred. Approximately 2–6 years of relevant experience preferred. Personal Skills Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment. Self-driven, proactive, adaptable, and capable of performing in dynamic and challenging situations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong customer focus and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Collaborative team player committed to the success of ASML and its customers.
