IntroductionAs one of the HR Business Partners for Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Finance organization, with opportunities to lead transformative projects and develop your expertise in a dynamic, international environment. The Finance organization consists of approximately 700 employees across multiple countries, with a significant population based in the Netherlands. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Lead for Finance and collaborate closely with the broader Finance HR team. Role and responsibilitiesAs a HR Business Partner you work closely together with employees and management and provide them with solid advice and feedback on HR topics, in line with our key activities: Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior Finance Leaders, providing constructive challenge and translating business priorities into people solutions Partner with leaders to anticipate future capability needs, drive workforce planning and deliver talent solutions that enable business performance Support and drive organizational change, helping leaders navigate ambiquity while ensuring successful implementation and adoption. Improve organizational effectiveness through organization design, leadership effectiveness , team development and change management. Translate the HR and business strategy into practical high-impact initiatives and ensure disciplined execution. Use workforce data and business insights to influence decisions identify trends and enable evidence-based people strategies Challenge conventional thinking and bring innovative, pragmatic solutions to complex business and people challenges. Roll-up your sleeves to deliver, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution. Contribute actively to the success of the HR Finance team, collaborating across client groups to build a world-class Finance organization. Advise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business Contribute actively to growth and development of people leaders to execute against organizational talent needs Champion ASML’s values by coaching leaders and employees on the right behaviors that drive our culture and acting as a role model Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive workplace and drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives Education and experienceBachelor or Master Degree for example in HRM or organizational/business studies 8+ years of experience in the field of HR and demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders in a complex, international environment Experience supporting Finance or other corporate function is preferred. Knowledge in the field of People Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, Recruitment and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation. Fluency in English SkillsAbility to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced demanding environment Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent analytical capability, translating data into actionable insights Confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders High resilience, ownership and learning agility Pragmatic, hands-on and results-oriented with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Other informationThe sector Human Resource & Organization (HR&O) is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities concerning HR&O Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning and Information and Process Control. The sector employs about 650 employees, with a team in Europe, the US and Asia. The office location is in Veldhoven. This is a full-time position (40 hours).
