The Transformation Lead will lead the modernization of infrastructure and operations ecosystems, driving transformation across core pillars like Identity, Network, Hybrid Cloud, Applications, Data, User Experience and Operations. This role focuses on building integrated, intelligent, and scalable platforms, where AI, Agentic AI, and automation enable self-optimizing infrastructure, secure access, real-time data intelligence, and enhanced user experiences. The architect will define and execute a future-state architecture that unifies these pillars into a cohesive, policy-driven and AI-enabled enterprise platform. This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure transformation and Network services and is part of the Infrastructure and Operations group located in Bengaluru, India and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Define and execute a multi-pillar Infrastructure & Operations transformation strategy spanning infrastructure and cloud platforms, data ecosystems, identity and security, applications, and end-user experience, aligned to business, security, and digital transformation objectives. Establish integrated reference architectures and transformation roadmaps that drive the adoption of software-defined, policy-driven, and AI-enabled enterprise platforms, with clearly defined scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics. Lead enterprise-wide AI innovation initiatives by implementing intelligent capabilities across infrastructure, network, identity, application, and workplace domains, including predictive optimization, risk analytics, and self-healing technologies. Drive the adoption of Agentic AI solutions to enable autonomous infrastructure provisioning, intelligent access governance, and AI-driven application and platform optimization while improving operational efficiency and service reliability. Develop and enforce AI governance frameworks incorporating human-in-the-loop controls, risk management practices, compliance requirements, and operational guardrails to ensure responsible and secure AI deployment across all technology pillars. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years in infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering with 5+ years leading multi-domain transformation initiatives across at least 3 pillars. Proven experience in hybrid cloud and infrastructure architecture, data platforms and application modernization or Identity and network integration. Strong cross-domain architecture expertise across multiple pillars and Ability to balance performance, security, scalability, and user experience. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder alignment. Strategic, outcome-driven, and innovation-focused mindset. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: TOGAF or enterprise architecture certification and experience with observability or AIOps platforms. Experience with AI/ML-driven platforms or automation ecosystems. Experience working in regulated or global enterprise environments.
