This position reports to: Country ERP CoE Manager __ Join ABB Motion's ERP Center of Excellence as an SAP ERP Functional Analyst and help shape the future of our ERP landscape across the Baltics and Finland. This isn't a traditional support role. You'll work directly with business stakeholders, influence how SAP supports business processes, and contribute to ABB Motion's transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Location: Jüri, Estonia Work model: Hybrid #LI-hybrid Your role and responsibilities: As part of ABB's ERP Center of Excellence, you'll work closely with colleagues across several countries to develop, improve and support SAP solutions that keep our business running every day. Own SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) solutions across the Baltics and Finland. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical SAP solutions. Configure, test and continuously improve SAP functionality. Lead functional design activities from requirements through implementation and release. Work alongside developers to deliver scalable and reliable ERP solutions. Support system enhancements while ensuring compliance with ABB standards. Act as a trusted advisor to Business Process Owners and IS stakeholders. Contribute to ABB Motion's SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation. Qualifications for the role Experience working with SAP ERP, particularly within Sales, Logistics or Supply Chain processes. Hands-on knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and/or Materials Management (MM). Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional SAP solutions. Understanding of SAP configuration and ERP solution delivery. The ability to build strong relationships with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience working with change management and software lifecycle processes. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or ITIL is an advantage. SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications are welcome but not essential. Professional proficiency in English is required. Estonian and Finnish are considered an advantage.
