This Position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager of the Service Spare Parts department. Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will own the end to end supplier relationship management, from initial contacts and offers to final negotiations. You will play a key role in aligning factory supply chain operations with procurement goals through cross-functional collaboration. - Work model: #Li -Hybrid Core Responsibilities This role is contributing to the AMR customer service in Burgos the main stakeholders are our suppliers. Responsible for ensuring the definition, availability, and proper management of materials and suppliers, acting as the key interface between Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers to guarantee cost, quality, and delivery performance. You will be mainly accountable for: Supplier Management You will own the relationship with the suppliers and negotiations Identify and select suppliers in collaboration with the Product Unit (PU) Sourcing team Request quotations (RFQs) and perform comparative bid analysis Create and onboard suppliers in the system (MDG) Conduct supplier follow-up activities and regular review meetings Support the negotiation of commercial conditions, including pricing and lead times SAP Data Management Maintain material master data Upload and manage key information, including planned cost, lead time, HS Code, and supplier data Manage purchasing info records and order books Industrialization / Item Management Manage the item creation and industrialization workflow (A2 → A3) Coordinate timelines and cost targets Act as the main interface with Engineering to resolve technical questions and requirements Procurement Support Prepare and provide information required for purchase order releases Monitor delivery schedules and key milestones Support dual-sourcing initiatives to mitigate supply risks Collaborate in purchasing strategies, including lot-sizing and sourcing optimization activities Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, autonomous, communicative team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) or Business Administration (BBA/MBA) Experience Previous experience in technical sourcing or industrial procurement Proven experience in supplier management and development Knowledge & Skills SAP proficiency (advanced level is highly desirable) Technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and industrialization Ability to analyze technical specifications and supplier capabilities Competencies Excellent cross-functional communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Languages Spanish: Fluent English: Fluent Availability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
