Coordinate non IFM vendor and contractor activities by supporting site access, work readiness, scheduling communication, permit needs, and completion follow-up. Lead or support building inspections, mechanical room checks, facility tours, housekeeping follow-up, pest management, and general readiness activities. Partner with site teams on outages, shutdowns, construction impacts, and project activities to support communication, coordination, and building readiness. Support budget planning and financial stewardship by tracking service needs, coordinating procurement steps, and maintaining awareness of costs within scope. Identify service gaps and recurring issues and support practical improvements that enhance facility performance and customer experience.
