This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for:Owning the site supply planning process. Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process. Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution. Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories). Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics. 9+ years of experience in Production Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations within a manufacturing environment. Experience working in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and/or Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments with knowledge of customized production processes and engineering change management. Extensive hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, for MRP execution, production planning, procurement, inventory management, purchase order processing, and reporting. Strong understanding of Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, Procurement Processes, Capacity Planning, and Manufacturing Operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate planning data, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, and planning tools. Advanced English Level is required for the role.
