Job Function: Supply Chain Engineering Job Sub Function: Project Engineering Job Category: Scientific/Technology All Job Posting Locations: São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil Job Description: Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Project EngineerThe Project Engineer will support the portfolio management of Wound Closure & Healing (WCH) Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects and GTO WCH Digital portfolio tracking tools. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power Apps applications, creating Power BI dashboards and reports, structuring and managing data sources, and supporting KPI tracking and reporting. This role will work closely with project managers, portfolio leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across all GTO WCH functions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps applications to support WCH LCM project portfolio processes. Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for portfolio monitoring and management. Structure, organize, and maintain data sources from SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, and other business systems. Develop data models and ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability. Support KPI definition, tracking, and reporting activities. Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power BI, and data integrations. Document applications, dashboards, data flows, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve portfolio reporting and decision-making capabilities. QUALIFICATIONSRequiredBachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. 0-2 years of experience with Power Platform, business intelligence, or data analytics. Basic knowledge of:Microsoft Power Apps Microsoft Power BI SharePoint Excel and data analysis Understanding of data management and reporting concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Advanced English. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Power Automate. Familiarity with Dataverse. Basic knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query. Knowledge of project portfolio management concepts. Exposure to KPI development and performance measurement.
