Our global network and strong culture empower individuals to grow and make a meaningful impact. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AP Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, vendor management, month-end closing, and compliance with company policies and internal controls. The successful candidate will also support continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance to AP team members. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, AP reconciliations, accruals, and reporting. Manage vendor onboarding and vendor master data in compliance with company procedures. Monitor AP aging, resolve payment issues, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies, and internal control requirements. Support audits and provide required documentation and explanations. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within the AP function. Coach and support AP team to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. ​Your Profile Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance, including 2 years in a supervisory or senior role. Strong knowledge of AP processes, month-end closing, reconciliations, and internal controls. Experience with ERP systems (Infor, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or similar). Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Big Four and/or mining companies will be an advantage.
