Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Process Specialist to drive process improvement, governance, and operational excellence initiatives across Engineering Infrastructure IT. This role is responsible for analyzing, documenting, standardizing, and optimizing IT processes to improve efficiency, service quality, compliance, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines process improvement expertise, project management skills, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement to deliver sustainable operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Process Improvement Analyze and improve IT processes, workflows, and operational practices. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and knowledge articles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and measure their effectiveness. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Project Management Lead and support process improvement and operational initiatives. Develop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and action trackers. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership. Stakeholder Management Partner with Engineering, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and drive improvements. Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions. Communicate project updates, recommendations, risks, and business impacts. Build strong relationships and drive alignment across teams. Governance & Reporting Ensure processes align with company standards, policies, and governance requirements. Support audits, compliance reviews, and operational assessments. Define and track KPIs, operational metrics, and improvement initiatives. Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and leadership updates. Automation & Innovation Identify opportunities to automate and simplify workflows. Support solutions using ServiceNow, Power Automate, AI tools, and other platforms. Promote innovation and best practices that improve productivity and service quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. 3-5+ years of experience in process improvement, IT operations, service management, or business process management. Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience with process documentation, workflow design, and governance. Advanced reporting and analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow Reporting, or similar tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Engineering IT, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology environments. Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management practices. Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery models. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Visio, Power Automate, and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of workflow automation, AI tools, and digital transformation initiatives. ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
