Job description

Introduction to the job Support China Communications’ daily work, including external and internal comms. Role and responsibilities Support in event organization, both online and offline activities, e.g. All Employee Meeting, China Leadership Meeting, Annual Dinner, etc. Prepare the materials for ASML China internal communications: draft content, design mailing, translation from English to Chinese and vice versa. ASML leaders’ video shooting and production support. Desk research under given topics. Participate in daily communications and support communications administration. Other jobs assigned by line manager Education and experience Year 3/4 undergraduate student and postgraduate student. Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent in translation and writing. Skills Experienced in Microsoft Office software, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and etc. Layout design, photography and video editing is preferred. Proficiency in using AI tools is a strong plus. Other information Internship will be more than 6 months. Available least 3 days a week.
