Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cybersecurity, and standards. Resolve complex technical issues and support customers. Prepare technical solutions and engineering proposals. Conduct design reviews and mentor engineering colleagues. Manage technical risks and drive process improvements. Plan engineering activities, budgets, and schedules. Manage technical documentation and Bill of Materials (BOM). Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning teams. Partner with project managers to deliver successful projects. Model of work: hybrid Your ProfileTechnical university degree. Experience in automation engineering and project delivery. Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems. Ability to lead technical activities and solve complex issues. English – B2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
