This position reports to: Senior Engineering Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day, you will complete the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting data and supporting production of the engineering design. This role is contributing to the EL service business in Xiamen China. You will be mainly accountable for: 在高级工程师的监督下，为各种规模和复杂程度的项目工程活动提供支持。以具有成本效益的方式执行任务，同时严格遵守合同规范、质量标准、安全法规以及网络安全政策和标准。 协助根据内部标准程序和不断变化的项目合同要求，开发、实施并持续改进包括备件流程、工具和操作方法在内的标准化项目。高度重视跟踪和分析项目数据，并持续深入了解现有及必要的项目控制措施。 该职位要求具备项目流程控制的直接经验，以及出色的组织、规划、沟通、谈判和解决问题的能力. Qualifications for the role 本科及以上学历，电气工程专业背景优先 至少1年以上电气产品项目设计和执行经验，有中压项目执行工作经验者优先, 海外出口项目执行经验者优先 熟练掌握如 SAP 系统、Business On Line、CAD、MS Office 等项目管理工具，或具备同等知识与技能 具备较强的沟通、协调和团队合作能力。 有强烈的责任感，具备管理技能和解决问题的能力。 More about us ABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
