This position reports to: Cluster Manager (AU/ZA/SEA) and LBL Manager (AU) - Mining & Materials __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead consulting assignments. Each day, you will contribute to the development of consultancy products and services. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the creation of consulting business strategy. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Mining and Materials digital success in the Cluster of Australia/SEA/Africa. Main stakeholders are the global digital team, engineering, projects, sales, consultants and end users. You will be mainly accountable for: Meet with clients to understand business processes, needs, and expectations, and conduct discovery workshops to identify challenges and objectives. Develop and present tailored solutions, including software, hardware, or cloud-based systems, mapping product capabilities to client requirements. Create user guides, manuals, white papers, and technical specifications for clients, vendors, and partners. Collaborate with project managers to assess feasibility, costs, schedules, and risks, advising on technology selection and implementation strategies. Provide training and ongoing support to clients and end-users to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Influence product roadmaps by providing insights from client interactions and market trends. Track solution performance, suggest improvements, and ensure alignment with client objectives. Qualifications for the role Experience working within mining operations, including scheduling, dispatch, fleet management, and underground mining environments. 5+ years of experience in mining operations, with demonstrated advanced operational knowledge and expertise. Strong working knowledge of Pitram, Deswik, and other mining operational software platforms. Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification, with proven experience in mining engineering and operational improvement. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder including technical services, and technology teams to deliver successful business outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers, site personnel, and cross-functional teams in English.
