The PositionAPAC Product Manager (Digital) The Opportunity: Leading the marketing, commercial strategy, and lifecycle management of the Digital Infrastructure portfolio across the APAC region, driving sustainable business growth, digital enablement, and customer value. Serving as the Digital Infrastructure portfolio lead and technical integrator, driving market adoption, digital transformation, and building the organization’s commercial and technical readiness across affiliates. Partnering with the Regional Digital/IT Teams and APAC Affiliates to develop commercial strategies, accelerate business opportunities, and strengthen execution excellence for integrated digital and cloud-based solutions. Influencing and aligning regional and global stakeholders (e.g., IPMs, Global Digital/IT, Regional Value Streams, Affiliates) to deliver successful portfolio strategies, launches, and business priorities. Driving business performance through market analysis, digital readiness assessments, opportunity identification, commercial planning, and KPI management across the APAC region. As the APAC Product Manager (Digital), you will be responsible for: 1. Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Management Drive strategic marketing and product lifecycle management for the Digital Infrastructure portfolio, including customer engagement, regional workshops, congresses, and capability building for affiliates. Exercise customer-centric business thinking, addressing needs ranging from overarching commercial strategy to complex operational and technical integration challenges. 2. Launch Excellence Drive and support launch excellence across APAC using the Launch Powerhouse (LPH) framework. Support or lead regional squad teams (including affiliate launch leads and cross-functional teams) to ensure strong commercial readiness, affiliate engagement, and successful local market adoption. 3. Strategic Business & Market Development Drive business performance through portfolio analytics, KPI sales tracking, opportunity pipeline reviews, and strategic business initiatives across APAC. Build regional strategies grounded in deep customer needs, digital architecture requirements, competitive landscapes, and market access dynamics. Support market development and sales promotion initiatives for assigned digital products to drive commercial adoption. 4. Lifecycle & Stakeholder Management Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all discussions regarding the assigned digital portfolio. Collect, synthesize, and prioritize inputs from APAC end-customers and affiliates at the global level—covering customer/product requirements, release priorities, feature trade-offs, launch and obsolescence planning, cybersecurity standards, and key quality or technical issues. Facilitate seamless discussions and technical/commercial alignment between APAC affiliates and global digital product teams. Organizational Structure Reporting Line: Reports to the APAC Lab Workflow Solutions & Program Management Lead Who You Are Strategic & Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical digital capabilities into clear commercial value propositions and executable business strategies. Matrix Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, global technical leads, and regional commercial stakeholders in a complex, matrix organization without direct authority. Cultural Agility: Excellent aptitude for collaborating with diverse cultural groups and cross-functional teams across the APAC region. Autonomy & Communication: Ability to achieve strategic goals with minimal guidance, paired with exceptional written and oral communication skills to present complex technical and cybersecurity topics confidently to both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Health, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (Masters, MBA) is an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital product management, solution architecture, IT integration, or technical product marketing within the healthcare, diagnostics, or technology sectors. Laboratory & Healthcare IT: Deep familiarity with the laboratory and healthcare IT ecosystem (e.g., LIS, middleware, EHR, cloud platforms). Technical Integrator Expertise: Proven expertise in cloud-based application deployments, enterprise connectivity, data integration, and cybersecurity standards. Regional Acumen: Knowledge and experience operating within the Asia Pacific digital landscape.
