As an Associate Logistic Analyst based in Turate, Italy, you will support the efficient movement of products, services, and information across the supply chain to ensure customer and business requirements are met. Working closely with manufacturing, suppliers, distribution partners, and customer-facing teams, you will help maintain service levels, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to logistics operations that enable the timely delivery of life-saving medical technologies to customers and patients worldwide. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Manage the flow of raw materials, finished goods, services, and information across the supply chain to support customer and manufacturing requirements Support logistics processes including replenishment planning, demand management, data interchange, and system administration activities Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, resolve operational issues, and support business decision-making Monitor delivery performance and customer service metrics to help achieve operational and financial objectives Collaborate with manufacturing sites, suppliers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve supply and delivery issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, operational excellence, and supply chain efficiency Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics or a related field; OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience; OR Bachelor's Degree with no prior professional experience required Experience working with logistics, inventory, supply chain, or transportation processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills in a business environment Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
