Associate Finance Project Manager – Finance Transformation & Shared Services (F/M/D)

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Support regional implementation of the global Finance Shared Services model and coordinate local project activities. Assist in planning, tracking and reporting of SSC integration, activity-split implementation and Finance transformation projects. Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, risk logs and status reports. Prepare project plans, project status updates, business case analyses and professional management presentations for project reviews and steering committees. Support business case preparation, benefits tracking and KPI reporting. Coordinate change management, communication and training activities. Support implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives in cooperation with IT and business stakeholders. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and best-practice implementation. Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Shared Services, consulting or project-oriented environments. Basic project management experience and willingness to independently drive assigned workstreams. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured working style. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for project tracking, data analysis and business case preparation, and PowerPoint for developing structured, professional and management-ready presentations. Good communication and presentation skills in an international environment. Good understanding of Finance processes including P2P, O2C and R2R. Interest in Finance transformation, automation and process improvement. Ability to collaborate effectively in global and cross-functional teams.
