Responsibilities: Lead regional Finance transformation, Shared Services and process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation, with end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, stakeholder alignment, quality, timeline and budget adherence. Drive SSC integration, activity-split implementation and process harmonization initiatives. Develop and manage project plans, governance structures, risks, dependencies and project budgets where applicable. Prepare and present executive-ready project status updates, project plans, business cases, decision papers and steering committee presentations. Lead change management and stakeholder engagement activities across functions and regions. Drive implementation of automation and technology initiatives in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. Identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable best practices and performance improvements. Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. 7–10+ years of relevant experience in project management, Finance transformation, Shared Services/GBS or consulting. Proven track record of independently leading cross-functional projects. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and change management capabilities. Good understanding of Finance processes including P2P, O2C and R2R. Experience with process optimization, automation, system implementation or Shared Services initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for business case modelling, financial analysis, KPI tracking and project reporting, and PowerPoint for executive presentations, steering committee materials and management communication. Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
