Job Description SummaryThis position is an individual contributor role who will partner with BU Sales leaders to drive strategic channel optimization at regional level aligning with overall BU channel strategy and ensure execution at regional and provincial level. Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities • Support the BU’s channel strategy to execute specific channel layout and dealer onboarding, ensuring adherence to dealer profiling and qualification criteria. • Track regional channel business metrics, regularly report market intelligence and competitor activities, and provide data support for leadership’s market analysis. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key dealers, address collaboration challenges and needs proactively, and foster long-term strategic partnerships. • Monitor performance of existing and new dealers, issue timely alerts for underperformance, and collaborate with leadership/sales teams to drive corrective actions. • Implement channel incentive programs, tiered evaluation frameworks, and other relevant policies; assist in executing dealer performance reviews and market promotion initiatives. • Gather dealer feedback on policies, propose optimization recommendations, and align with leadership for implementation. • Solicit training needs from sales teams and dealers, collaborate with leadership to develop training materials, and ensure effective completion of training objectives. • Ensure channel operations comply with company and GE Healthcare’s compliance standards and promotional guidelines. • Assist leadership in finalizing sales targets (CP) and territory segmentation, and track implementation progress. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in business, marketing, engineering or related are preferred. • At least 5 years’ experience in MedTech industry. • First-hand experience in sales or channel management is a must. • Prior experience to drive complex project. • Dealer compliance management experience a plus. • Strong executive presence with exceptional ability to present to Director level decision makers. • Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking: ability to analyze complex data into strategic insights & initiatives, strong ability to present findings in a concise and simple manner. • Interpersonal flexibility, tolerance and listening skills. • Strong ethics and integrity and compliance orientation. • Good at oral and written English.
