Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Job SummaryAs a Product Management Specialist III, you will support the Custom & Bulk Chemical Services portfolio by driving product lifecycle management, partnering across commercial and operational functions, and delivering profitable growth through effective portfolio strategy, market analysis, and cross-functional execution. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day product portfolio and lifecycle for our Analytical Reagents portfolio, specifically our custom chemical services & solutions Develop long-range product strategies for our Analytical Reagents portfolio and support annual planning. Partner with cross functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and regional teams to provide product training & support Monitor revenue, margin, market share, and other business KPIs. Analyze market and competitive data to identify growth opportunities. Support new product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle decisions. Apply lessons learned from customer engagements to improve processes and future project execution. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Supply Chain Management or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in portfolio or supplier management. Knowledge of the chemical industry & commercial experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong customer focus with a proven ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with a high degree of autonomy. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Ability to travel up to 15%, including occasional international travel.
