Candidate witl be working on creating/updating Provider Contract in System based on the contract document received from Client. Contract need to build on accurately and timely basis. Track and monitor inventory load based on volume and complexity and distribute/prioritize accordingly. Serve as first level of escalation or subject matter expert for resolving simple to medium complexity issues. Provide quality. coaching and training support. Attend client calls as needed. May or may not get team and it can be individual contributor role where you will require to process the daims. Ready to work in US Shift time (India evening shift) Coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications. Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original application filings, Life cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments. annual reports, SPL submissions. etc. What are we looking for?
