The Service Product Management Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing the operational activities that enable global Service Product Management to price, set up, activate, and maintain service contracts, spare parts, and product data for both custom and standard systems that the SPM team is responsible for. The role supports accurate contract pricing, timely spare parts readiness, clean product data, and efficient handoffs across Service Sales, Global Service Product Management, Global Spare Parts, GSRE, CE, PDM, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and regional teams. This position reports to the Senior Product Portfolio Leader and is part of the Global Services organization and will be fully remote. What you will do: Manage setup and calculation of Preventive Maintenance (PM), EssentialCare, FullCare and extended warranty contract offerings for both custom and standard system services, including review of parts, labour, margin, currency and regional pricing inputs before sharing prices with service stakeholders and create, maintain and improve standard work, SOPs, trackers and reporting that improve turnaround time, data quality, process transparency and scalability for service contract and spare parts operations. Validate custom-system spare parts requirements by reviewing spare parts lists, PM records, calculation files and system documentation; identify active, pre-active, missing, unpriced or incorrectly mapped components and coordinate the required follow-up actions. Execute and track high-volume spare parts requests for custom systems, including component-level mapping, duplicate part review, missing-part lists, supplier and pricing inputs, and workflow initiation through the appropriate Jira or Global Spare Parts process. Administer product and service data in Magic, Oracle, SAP, AniPart, PARTS, Qlik, Salesforce and related tools, including product code creation and updates, contract descriptions, product hierarchy, selling geography, country of origin, pricing structures, order or sales stop, reactivation, phase-out and obsolete status changes. Coordinate cross-functionally with Service Sales, Service Product Management, Global Spare Parts Team, Global Service Readiness Engineering, Custom Engineering, Product Data Management, Sourcing, Supply Chain and regional teams to resolve urgent customer or field requests while maintaining clear ownership and traceability. Who you are: You have a multiple years of experience supporting product management teams, service operations, spare parts administration, contract pricing, product data management or a related life sciences, healthcare, industrial equipment or bioprocess environment. Hands-on experience working with product data, workflow or commercial tools such as Magic, Oracle, SAP, AniPart, Jira, Salesforce, Qlik, PARTS, or equivalent enterprise systems. Experience calculating, validating or maintaining service contract pricing using parts, labor, margin, foreign exchange, regional pricebook or customer quotation inputs. Experience coordinating spare parts setup, product activation, selling geography, product hierarchy, lifecycle status, country of origin, or Engineering Change Order workflow activities across technical and commercial teams. Experience creating process documentation, standard work instructions, Excel-based trackers, data analysis outputs or operational reports for global stakeholders. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience supporting custom hardware, filtration, bioprocess systems, Pall/Cytiva/GE Healthcare Life Sciences service portfolios, or similar engineered equipment service operations. Experience with PM, EssentialCare, FullCare, extended warranty, point-of-sale service offerings, spare parts advisory, or service contract quotation processes. Experience working in global, remote or matrixed teams across APAC, EMEA, USCAN or China regions. Join our winning team today.
