In this role, you will work on innovative safety solutions, improve software quality, and contribute to high-performance products used worldwide. Please note: This position can also be offered as a B2B contractor engagement. Based on business needs and individual performance, there may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent employment contract in the future. Develop and execute test strategies for our safety-related software portfolio Design and build scalable test environments for automated software and hardware testing Implement and maintain automated test solutions and support our CI/CD and DevOps setup Contribute to certification-relevant documentation and continuously improve team processes and quality standards Our team dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. What it takes to Run what runs the world Completed technical education in software engineering, computer science, automation, or a comparable field; alternatively, equivalent professional experience Solid experience in object-oriented software development Good knowledge of C++ and/or Java; scripting experience is a plus Experience with automated testing tools, test frameworks, or test automation concepts Familiarity with DevOps tools and development infrastructure such as Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, or GitHub Actions is an advantage Organized and structured way of working with a sense of ownership Good communication and collaboration skills with a motivated, team-oriented mindset Fluent in speaking English, German is a plus We offer a full range of benefits to help you thrive at work and beyond: Work-Life Balance – Flexible working models, including flextime and hybrid options, to support your personal and professional life.
