We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Procurement/TPM (Third Party Manufacturing) to join our EPD Headquarters team and help shape the future of our global brands. Primary Job Function: This role within the Established Pharmaceuticals Division is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and accounting for Procurement and Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) within the PROC/TPM Finance organization. Key activities include preparing monthly flash reports, RLBEs, plans, standard and PO pricing updates, and conducting “What-If” analyses to support both operational and strategic objectives. Responsibilities also include cost accounting and variance analysis on actuals, forecasts, and plans to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning for Procurement and TPM operations. The Senior Financial Analyst actively participates in project teams and provides financial insights to guide business decisions. Core Job Responsibilities: Deliver strategic financial analysis across PROC/TPM areas, including standard cost settings and related reviews. Support PROC/TPM planning and LBE updates. Define standard cost pricing, perform comprehensive price variance analysis, and provide strategic insights to optimize profitability and support long-term objectives. Provide data-driven insights and present recommendations to senior leadership. Manage month-end and year-end closings, ensuring clear variance analysis in P&L accounts. Perform account balance analysis and ad hoc financial reviews as required. Develop and execute comprehensive spend analysis and forecasting strategies to identify and deliver measurable cost-saving opportunities. Lead and engage in projects, including ERP enhancements, supply chain analytics, and global demand planning. Conduct detailed cost analysis to support data-driven decisions in procurement and manufacturing. Support SOX compliance during audits by providing required reports and documentation. Drive PROC/TPM objectives by ensuring transparency and efficiency in transactional processes; raise awareness of financial procedures among business sponsors. Operate independently under general management direction and represent Procurement/TPM Finance in cross-divisional initiatives. Engage in frequent cross-divisional collaborations, including with CFS, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects. Perform ad hoc analyses as required by the PROC/TPM Controller and business. Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and regulatory requirements in all financial processes. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (or comparable degree) preferable Accounting, Finance or Business & Administration or related field is required. 4+ years relevant professional experience required or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required competencies. Minimum Experience/Training Required: Knowledge in Procurement and Finance with strong attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis). Good practical knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word software SAP literate Able to work autonomously and to take proactive initiatives Understanding the operational impact of financial decisions and the financial impact of operational decisions Good interpersonal skills and very task oriented (respect deadlines), able to work in a multicultural environment.
