The PositionWe are seeking a Marketing Solutions Manager, for the Near Patient Care product group. You will play a key role in creating and executing the marketing strategy of the Diabetes Care and Point of Care product group to grow our market share and deliver the best solutions to our patients. As Marketing Solutions Manager your key focus will be the development and implementation of the marketing plans in the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and the responsibility of the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to achieve revenue, profitability and expansion targets together with the sales team. Salary ranges from 48,000 - 58,000 EUR gross/annual. Final salary depends on the level of experience, skills and qualifications of the candidate. Key Responsibilities Marketing Solutions and Strategy: Develops and implements marketing plan, tactical plan, etc. within assigned product area/ disease network to achieve revenue, profitability & expansion targets. Develops and implements marketing strategies/concepts, branding and awareness of products/ services. Leads and controls all relevant steps of the marketing process (e.g. assesses launch and phase out and replacements). Organizes translation of marketing, promotion etc. documents that should be available according to local needs. Stock of products: cooperates with the logistic department in order to define minimal stock for the necessary products. Coordinates the communication with regional and sub-regional marketing teams, formulates commercial messages for the respective teams and responsible distributor employees. Plans potential congress activities, escorts customers to congresses and company events. Business Development Identifies market opportunities and threats regarding portfolio, customer, competition and regulatory. Selects and invites speakers for promotional symposia (on label), incl. fees, registration, travel and accommodation. Issues promotional communications for on label products (e.g. presentations, newsletters, brochures, etc.). Plans, designs and implements training programs for strategic products, in alignment with Region on disease area and the usage of company on label products, incl. training the sales team and promotional presentations (on label) to customers, KOLs, etc., in collaboration with Sales team. Plans, coordinates and monitors promotional activities (organization of promotional symposia, marketing campaigns and other promotional activities, cooperates with KOLs). Supports Medical and Access team for market access activities and communications. Compliance and Reporting Ensuring compliance with Roche Group Code of Conduct, Directives and Guidelines and all other local laws, company policies and regulations. Analyzes and reports marketing plan implementation and targets achievement progress to stakeholders (management, Region/sub-region). Analyzes and reports activities in REXIS, sales plan implementation and annual sales targets achievement progress. Responsible for appropriate documentation of Interactions with HCPs and HCOs including the materials presented or provided. Who You Are: Education: You hold an University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business/Marketing (Master’s is preferred). Experience: You have 5 to 7 years in Marketing or Product Management within the Diagnostics or Medical Device Industry. Understanding of the national health systems and regulations in Baltic countries is an advantage. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional project teams. Strong sense of compliance. Project Management: strong skills in managing complex projects across multiple countries and multiple product groups. Strategic Agility: Ability to switch between clinical hospital environments and the consumer-centric retail market. Digital Proficiency: Understanding of digital health ecosystems. Languages: Fluent in English and Lithuanian. Technical: Proficient in G Suite, CRM systems, and holds a valid driving license. Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
