Job Description SummaryThis position is part of GE HealthCare's MIM Software business, a leader in vendor-neutral medical imaging software that helps healthcare providers standardize workflows, simplify complex clinical scenarios, and deliver more precise, personalized patient care. As a Site Development Specialist, you will support the long-term success of our customers after implementation, with a primary focus on customer engagement, software adoption, installed base nurturing, and contract renewals. You will work closely with customers to understand their clinical and operational needs, helping them maximize the value of their MIM solutions while building strong, trusted relationships. Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do Customer Success & Site Development Manage a portfolio of customer accounts as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure a cohesive customer experience. Drive adoption and utilization of MIM solutions through regular outreach, training coordination, and best-practice sharing. Monitor customer satisfaction, identify risks early, and proactively address issues to reduce churn. Contract Renewals & Installed Base Management Own the end-to-end renewal process for software maintenance, service, and subscription agreements. Proactively track upcoming expirations and initiate renewal discussions in advance. Prepare quotes, coordinate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal teams, and follow up on POs. Negotiate standard renewal terms and escalate complex cases as needed. Monitor renewal KPIs (renewal rate, on-time renewals, revenue retention) and maintain accurate contract data in CRM. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Clinical, Technical Support, Product, and Commercial teams to address customer needs. Capture customer feedback and site activities in CRM to maintain accurate account intelligence. Present new product capabilities and identify expansion opportunities to refer to Sales. Collaborate with international colleagues; occasional meetings outside standard hours may be required. What You'll Need 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, contract renewals, inside sales, or a healthcare-related customer-facing role. Bachelor's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital collaboration tools. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage. Eligibility to work within the European Union. Willingness to travel up to 20–30% within Europe. Preferred profile Experience in healthcare, hospital, medical device, or software environments. Exposure to SaaS, subscription renewals, or customer lifecycle management. Basic understanding of Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Oncology workflows.
