Job Function: Procurement Job Sub Function: Strategic Sourcing Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: Senior Manager, S2C Strategy Physical Location of Position: Bogota, Colombia The Senior Manager, Source-to-Contract (S2C) Strategy will lead the development of the strategy and play a critical role in driving transformational initiatives aimed at optimizing our end-to-end source to contract processes. They will collaborate across the enterprise, function and external teams (as needed) to successfully shape the strategy and deliver complex projects within their domain. They will be responsible for assessing internal stakeholder needs and benchmarks, and for developing a clear, actionable Source-to-Contract strategy that drives the evolution of these capabilities within Procurement. The Senior Manager, S2C Strategy will leverage cutting-edge technologies and reimagine processes to enhance operational efficiency, unlock incremental value, and elevate the experience for both Procurement teams and business partners. This role will require extensive collaboration with ONE Procurement, change management, training, technology partners, and subject matter experts, while effectively managing resources aligned to domain priorities. They will ensure that technology investments align with business requirements and deliver measurable value and ROI. Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of sourcing and contracting strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and senior leadership objectives Drive digital transformation across S2C by implementing AI-enabled sourcing, analytics, and contracting technologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, user experience, and scalability Conduct process assessments, benchmarking, RFx, and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities and inform transformation initiatives Oversee the deployment and adoption of procurement technologies (eSourcing, CLM), ensuring scalability, integration, and strong user adoption; drive system enhancements, configurations, and integrations to enable automation, analytics, and end-to-end visibility across the S2C lifecycle Serve as a strategic partner to business and procurement leaders, delivering insights, aligning stakeholders, and enhancing decision quality through effective engagement and communication Drive operational excellence across S2C, including governance, process optimization, and platform continuity Champion AI-first ways of working and capability building, advancing digital fluency and strengthening procurement skills across teams Lead high-performing, inclusive teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution to deliver measurable impact Embed Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all team interactions, decision-making, and ways of working Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required MBA or further advanced degree is desirable. Experience and Skills:Required: 8-10 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience with minimum 5 years in a management role. Prior experience of leading large teams and projects in a complex matrixed structure and managing key stakeholders internally and externally in a ONE Procurement environment. Strategic mindset. Disciplined data-oriented thinking to be able to plan for long term. Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player representing Source to Contract, Spend Management Strategy and overall procurement in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them. Learning Agility & Openness to Change. Comfortable with ambiguity. Digital fluency, with the ability to leverage cutting-edge technologies and effectively integrate both internally and externally developed solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organization levels. Fluency in English (written and oral) is required. Preferred:Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-Settle operations at a high level is preferred. Experience in one or more Procurement Functional domains: Sourcing incl. negotiation of commercial and non-commercial terms, Category management, R2P or Accounts Payable. Shared Services Industry experience is preferred. Other: Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.
