Location/Division Specific Information: In our department you’ll be a member of the High-Volume Fill Line team. We fill, inspect, and package solutions that make an impact all over the world. How Will You Make an Impact? You will be a vital member of the team, ensuring that only quality products are produced. A Day in the Life: During a shift on High-Volume you can expect to have an impact in multiple locations across the production line. Operators are trained in each area of the process from filling to the final product. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field Preferred: Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: During the course of a production run operators need to be able to engage in basic math and counting, visually inspect material, wear various personal protective equipment (PPE), and utilize good judgement while working as a team. Physical Requirements / Work Environment It’s important that our Operators be able to stand for the duration of the shift, as well as lift up to 40lbs at times. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
