Job Title: Specialist, Operations Support Job Description The Reports Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide timely, accurate, and actionable reports that support business operations and decision-making. This role develops dashboards, automates reporting processes, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures data integrity across multiple business functions. This position partners cross-functionally with Operations, Training and Quality for reporting and automation needs.Key Responsibilities 1. Reporting & Analytics ▪ Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring operational and business reports. ▪ Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. ▪ Create dashboards and scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). ▪ Prepare ad hoc reports and data analyses to support business needs. ▪ Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 2. Data Management ▪ Extract, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources. ▪ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports. ▪ Maintain reporting databases, templates, and documentation. ▪ Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. 3. Dashboard Development ▪ Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using reporting tools. ▪ Continuously improve reporting formats to enhance usability and decision-making. ▪ Support leadership with executive-level reporting and performance summaries. 4. Process Improvement ▪ Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes. ▪ Recommend improvements to reporting workflows and data collection methods. ▪ Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights. 5. Collaboration ▪ Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. ▪ Provide analytical support for projects, audits, and business initiatives. ▪ Assist users in interpreting reports and understanding business metrics.
