In this role, you will be responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing management of orthopaedic products, ensuring they meet market needs and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical, to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy Development: - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the orthopaedics portfolio. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. 2. Product Lifecycle Management: - Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch performance. - Oversee product development stages, ensuring alignment with market requirements and regulatory standards. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop product specifications and features. - Work with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: - Engage with healthcare professionals, surgeons, and key opinion leaders to gather insights and feedback on product performance and enhancements. - Conduct product training sessions to educate internal teams and customers. 5. Financial Analysis and Performance Tracking: - Monitor and report on product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and market share. - Prepare business cases and forecasts to support product investment decisions. 6. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight: - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle. - Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to manage submissions and approvals for new products. Qualifications: - Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is a plus . Experience as Sales Rep in Ortho / Trauma Market is also a plus . - 2-4 years of experience in product management in Orthopedics / Trauma Market. - Strong understanding of the orthopedic market, products, and trends. - Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. - Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in product management software and tools is an advantage.
