Roles and Responsibilities Own the standard monthly financial forecast and management of Korea Cash metrics including billing, collection, PD (Past due), unbilled (Contract asset) and other critical metrics to improve cash conversion cycle. Partner with Sales, Commercial Ops, OTR & HPM teams to optimize billing and payment terms during deal structuring and execution. Drive on-time cash collection, PD management and resolution and BDR reduction, partnering with Sales & Legal team. Own the customer/channel partner credit risk & collaterals management, ensuring compliance with DOA. Lead standardization and automation of financial dashboard/reporting for consistent and centralized reporting capability to drive greater visibility in a timely manner. Lead working capital governance and strategic initiatives to drive cash flow improvement and optimize cash conversion cycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance Strong critical thinking skills and ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers & exercise own judgment to solve complex business problems/issues in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence decision making and drive change through close collaboration across business partners and AKA stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power BI proficiency is a plus) Fluent in English Desired Characteristics Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner Experience working in a matrix organization Proven track record of driving process improvement and established project management skills. Adaptable/flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different, or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situation.
